What to Include in a Rental Quote Request

A clear enquiry gives the team a useful starting point. Here are the details to gather before requesting availability and pricing.

Name the Products You Want

Include the names of the products you are considering and the quantities where relevant. Request to Book on a product page includes the selected item automatically. For several items or a general event plan, list the products in the Contact form message.

Share the Date, Location and Duration

Give your event date, ZIP code and preferred rental duration. If the event has fixed timing or the venue limits delivery access, explain that in the message. Let the team know if your date or product choices are flexible.

Mention Details That Could Affect the Plan

Useful notes include the setup surface, gate or access limitations, venue rules and the expected guest age range. You do not need to guess the technical requirements. Describe the location and ask the team to confirm what applies to your chosen equipment.

Review the Confirmation Together

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not automatically reserve a date. Review the availability, product choices, pricing and arrangements confirmed by the team. Ask about anything you do not understand before agreeing to the booking.
