Choosing Space for Inflatables and Party Equipment
A useful equipment shortlist begins with the location. Collect the measurements and access details that help your supplier understand the space.

Measure Before You Decide
Record the dimensions of the proposed activity area, then look at the specifications on each product page. The product footprint and its complete setup requirements may be different, so ask the team to confirm what is needed around the equipment you are considering.
Describe the Surface and Surroundings
Let the team know whether the area is grass, a paved space, indoors or another surface. Mention nearby structures, trees, slopes and anything else that could affect placement. Ask about the requirements for your specific equipment and follow the guidance supplied for that unit.
Think About Access and Other Activities
A clear activity area is only one part of the plan. Note the route from the delivery point to the setup location, including gates, stairs or narrow turns. Leave room in your event plan for guest circulation, seating and other activities, and discuss placement with the team.
Confirm the Requirements for Your Product
Avoid relying on a general assumption about what all equipment needs. Send the product name and your measurements, then ask about setup, access, power or other requirements for that exact item. Photos of the location can also help the conversation when the team requests them.
